Before beginning my fitness journey I was constantly exhausted and I was in and out of the hospital. I was quite literally sick and tired of being sick and tired. I began working out and watching what I was eating, however, I was clueless in the gym and had idea how to target certain muscle groups. I also had no idea how to eat properly to achieve my goals. The Team Fit Mom/Girl program changed my routine in the gym and taught me how to make the most out of my workouts and my meals. The encouragement and community of women I was able to go on this journey with just made the experience even more enjoyable! I loved being able to ask questions, gain support on bad days, and celebrate our victories together. Since beginning my fitness journey last year I have gained 12lbs of lean, healthy muscle mass!
