As a mother of 2 small boys, a wife and professional, Liz understands how important it is to juggle family, business and personal responsibilities. As a former collegiate scholarship basketball player, Fitness Competitor and Gym Owner, Liz's passion and dedication to fitness and nutrition will inspire you to comit to your goals and achieve your ultimate training level. Liz has coached and mentored thousands of women and takes pride in helpig women become more in life both physically and emotionally. Liz owns Fitness Fusion of the Hudson Valley Studio in New York.

Tara Phelan — Director of Outreach
Tara’s mission is in sharing the Team Fit Story and bringing the benefits of Team Fit to as many women as possible so they can venture on a journey of transformation, exploration, fitness and fun. First introduced to the Team Fit Family in 2012, when Tara embarked on her own fitness journey taking her to the WBFF Stage (where she placed in top 10 Fitness Diva 35 and over,) to trekking 15.4 miles in the Killington Spartan Beast and embracing strength, confidence and new found fitness, Team Fit is part of her everyday life.
A seasoned marketing professional with 15+ years of experience Tara has worked at the executive level capacity at publicly traded financial firms, fashion houses and with consulting groups. When Tara is not busy sharing the Team Fit Story she enjoys time with her husband and young son, traveling the world, cooking up meals for friends and family or planning her next fitness adventure with her Team Fit Tribe.
